You have the following payment options in the online shop:
Payment in advance
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation including all account details, to which you can transfer the billing contract within 7 days, stating your name and your order number. Your order will be reserved for 7 days and shipped after receipt of payment on our account.
Payment via Paypal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterwards, so that your order can be made and shipped directly.
Payment by credit card (via PayPal)
Credit card payments are also processed via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, but you will still be redirected to the Paypal website to send us your data. This means you benefit from PayPal buyer protection and your data will be treated confidentially. The payment takes place directly, so that your order can be made and shipped immediately.
Payment by direct debit (via PayPal)
Payment by direct debit is also processed via PayPal. As with credit card payments, you do not need a Paypal account, but you still need to be redirected to the Paypal website to send us your data. You benefit from PayPal buyer protection and your data will be treated confidentially. The payment takes place directly, so that your order can be made and shipped immediately.
Shipping
All orders are sent via DHL as an insured package.
Within Germany we charge shipping fees of €4.99 and delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after the goods have been handed over to DHL. The production time is usually 1-2 working days, but it can vary with increased order volume and take up to 5 days.
For shipments to other EU countries, the shipping costs are €13.99 and the delivery time is 4-8 days after delivery of the goods to DHL. Here, too, the production time is 1-5 days.
From an order value of 500 € the delivery is always free of charge. When ordering several products, these are always combined into one order and sent together in one package as soon as all products are ready for dispatch.
